Yoga Health secrets

Yoga

Happiness is in the mind, and the mind is supported by the body – a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. Your happiness depends on your mind and it depends on your body. Without physical health you can't be completely happy, and without mental happiness you can't be completely healthy. Health is a positive state; not just the absence of a negative one. It's not only the absence of disease. For too long now traditional Western medicine has treated illness as only a disease: an enemy that attacks you and needs to be counter-attacked; but in reality it's nothing more than an imbalance in the natural harmony of body and mind. True healing means restoring that balance, and true health means keeping it.

Yoga means "to unify." It's the holistic approach to all aspects of life: physical, mental and spiritual. Yoga views the person as a whole; as a unique combination of body, mind and soul, and its techniques maintain that body-mind-soul harmony.

1. Diabetes that pre-exists of a pregnancy.

and

2. Diabetes who develops during her pregnancy, which is usually referred to as "gestational diabetes".

When diabetes-Diabetes

Mention of the word diabetes and the vast majority of people will assume that you speak or type 1 diabetes, which affects approximately 10% of people with diabetes or diabetes type 2, which is the most commonly observed form of the disease and was undergoing an alarming growth. But did you know that there is a third type of having no link with type 1 diabetes or diabetes type 2, except for the share name of diabetes.

Diabetes, type 1 or type 2, is a condition in which the body is unable to deal satisfactory sugar and, for this reason, it is sometimes called sucre.En revenge, diabetes insipidus diabetes, is a condition in which the body is unable to treat the water properly and, therefore, it is sometimes referred to as diabetes water.

Diabetes Insipidus is characterised by an exceptionally high intake of fluid, high production of urine and, in some cases, a thirst excessive.Les Diabetes Insipidus symptoms include frequent urination, awakening at night to urinate or involuntary urination while they dormaient.En in addition, the volume of urine production increases because the body is unable to concentrate there and it is usually very pale in colour or colorless in appearance.

There are four types of diabetes insipidus:

Neurogenic Diabetes Insipidus

Neurogenic Diabetes Insipidus (also commonly called pituitary Diabetes Insipidus) is caused by a lack of the hormone vasopressin, is produced by the pituitary gland which is necessary so that the kidneys to function properly and concentrate urine.

Gestagenic action Diabetes Insipidus

Gestagenic action Diabetes Insipidus (also known as gestational diabetes insipidus) occurs during pregnancy and is often the result of destruction of vasopressin in placenta.

Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus

Nephrogenic Diabetes Insipidus occurs when, in spite of normal production of vasopressin, kidneys not always properly concentrate urine .This forms of diabetes insipidus may be inherited and can also be the result of renal disease and certain types of drugs.

Dipsogenic Diabetes Insipidus

Dipsogenic Diabetes Insipidus is a type of primary polydipsia in which excessive consumption of liquid removes effects of vasopressin hormone .c ' is usually caused by an anomaly in the part of the brain that regulates soif.Dipsogénique Diabetes Insipidus is easily confused with neurogenic Diabetes Insipidus and the only way to determine what form of the disease, you look is to measure the production of the body of vasopressin.

There is also a second type of primary polydipsia called psychogenic polydipsia which, as its name suggests, has a variety of psychosomatic causes.

Despite the fact that there are some similarities in the symptoms of diabetes and diabetes insipidus, it seems strange and a little more confusion, that the medical profession should have decided to give these two very different conditions of the same name.

You may feel afraid and puzzled when the doctor diagnoses you with diabetes. Nevertheless, as soon as you know what it is and how to deal with it, you will feel better. Notwithstanding, even if you feel fine, it is important that you take your condition seriously and immediately start your diabetes treatment.

SO WHAT IS DIABETES?

If you are diabetic, your body is unable to use insulin properly, or even incapable of making enough insulin. Insulin helps you move glucose (sugar) from your bloodstream into the cells of your body, to produce energy for its functioning. Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas, without which sugar can not enter the cells and thus builds up in the bloodstream.

WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF DIABETES?

PRE-DIABETES

There is a condition named "pre-diabetes". People with pre-diabetes have higher than normal levels of blood sugar, though not quite as high as those with diabetes. This is a warning sign to urge one to make a lifestyle change to prevent type 2 diabetes. In the United States alone more than 50 million people have pre-diabetes, studies reveal.

Put down to the basics about diabetes-

What is diabetes?

Diabetes is a disease where your blood glucose (sugar) levels are above normal. It results from the inability of the glucose to get into your cells. As a result your cells are starving for their food (glucose). It would be like a starving person surrounded by tables of wonderful food but their mouth has been sewn closed and they can't eat.

About 17 million Americans are believed to have diabetes and one-third of those patients don't even know they have it. Diabetes can cause serious health complications including heart disease, blindness, kidney failure, and lower-extremity amputations. Diabetes is the 6th leading cause of death in the US. And most diabetics develop heart disease. In fact, just having diabetes carries the same risk of having a heart attack as someone who has already had such an event. Therefore it is very important for patients that have diabetes to also have a physician that closely monitors and treats their cholesterol levels as well as their blood pressure. Additionally, any use of tobacco products multiplies the risks and should be stopped.

Simple skin and structure in the Diabetic Patient skin infections treatment

Diabetic neuropathy can lead to the development of ulcers on the lower extremities. Prompt treatment lowers the likelihood of infection and reduces the probability that an established infection will lead to amputation. Antibiotics are selected on the basis of the suspected organism and the level of infection. Unnecessary antibiotic prophylaxis is discouraged because it increases the likelihood that bacterial resistance to the antibiotic agent will develop. Culture samples must be taken by curettage of biopsy rather than by swabbing to assure detection of pathogens.

Introduction

In the United States, foot infection is the leading cause of both diabetes-related hospitalization (1) and lower-extremity amputation. (2-4) More than 90% of cases of osteomyelitis of the foot are associated with infected foot ulcers. The American Diabetes Association estimates that almost 90,000 lower extremity amputations secondary to diabetes are performed each year. In 85% of amputations, ulceration is a pre-disposing factor. The 5-year survival rate of unilateral diabetic amputees is 50%; for bilateral amputees, the rate drops to 0%.

Before we start discussion about type of diabetes we must know what exactly is diabetes?

Diabetes is a disorder of metabolism--the digestion system of our body for growth and energy. Almost every food we eat broken down to glucose, the form or sugar which is the fuel for our body.
After digestion, glucose passes into the bloodstream, where it is used by cells for growth and energy. For glucose to get into cells, insulin must be present. Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas, a large gland behind the stomach.
